Tea party, labor spend big in Wis. high court race

(WAOW) -- Experts said this year's State Supreme Court election is on pace to be the most expensive high court race in Wisconsin history.

Groups on both sides have spent a good amount of money, between incumbent Justice David Prosser and challenger JoAnne Kloppenburg, who currently works as the Assistant Attorney General.

Experts said the unusual level of interest shows that people are still up in arms over Governor Walker's collective bargaining law.

Conservative groups have outspent liberal groups by about 20% but experts said that could change in the campaign's final days.
