UPDATE: Rough weather triggers storm warnings in MN, WI

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Rough weather is moving east across Wisconsin, triggering several warnings.

Golf ball sized was reported at the National Weather Service office in La Crosse. A spotter reported a funnel cloud south of Foster in Eau Claire County shortly after 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

A spotter in Trempealeau County reported lots of windows broken and cars dented from what appeared to be wind-blown debris around 5 p.m. in Osseo.

Officials reported a possible tornado in Houston County of far southeastern Minnesota. The weather service received a report of several trees down along County Road 19 near Black Hammer just after 4:30 p.m. A deputy was sent to investigate.

Also in Houston County, law enforcement reported a barn down and a trailer blown off its foundation five miles north of Caledonia.

Severe weather warnings expired in Minnesota as the storms moved off to the east. But officials are checking out a report of a possible tornado in Houston County of far southeastern Minnesota. The weather service received a report of several trees down along Houston County Road 19 near the town of Black Hammer, shortly after 4:30 p.m. It says a deputy was sent to investigate.
