Milwaukee (AP) -- A second young person has been arrested in the burning of a small dog in Milwaukee this month.
The Journal Sentinel reports Milwaukee police have arrested a 13-year-old boy suspected of setting the dog on fire. He's the second youth arrested in the case.
Police say officers found the dog with severe burns on April 9. The dog had to be euthanized.
Witnesses reportedly saw two boys hitting the dog with a stick before police were called.
