TOWN OF MERRILL (WAOW) -- Town of Merrill leaders said they've spent tens of thousands of dollars on clean-up efforts after storms swept through the area earlier this month.
Town Chairman William Burgener doesn't have a solid number yet but he said they've spent about $30,000 to $40,000 so far. He expects to get a final count toward the end of the week.
More than 50 people attended the Q&A session hosted by town leaders Monday night to talk more about continuing clean-up and insurance and tax relief.
