MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee Bucks general manager John Hammond is disappointed the season ended so badly.
The Bucks were unable to get on the same page from the opening day of training camp due to a rash of injuries that stretched through the season. Milwaukee finished 35-47, 11 fewer victories than a year ago when the team made a memorable postseason run.
Hammond says the team lacked cohesion. He hopes the NBA draft will help. Milwaukee currently holds the 10th selection, depending on the lottery draw.
Hammond says the plan as of now is to take the best player available.
