UNDATED (WAOW)--Last week's tornado outbreak killed 342 and injured thousands across seven states.
Newsline 9 will be partnering with our friends in Alabama to help raise money for disaster relief. Wednesday beginning at 4:00 a.m. Newsline 9 will livestream the United Way Tornado Relief Telethon produced by WVTM Birmingham, Alabama. The telethon will go through 2:00 a.m. Thursday.
Donations will go towards the immediate needs of those most affected and to the long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts. Callers may designate donations go to the United Way in any state affected by the deadly April 27, 2011 tornados.
