(CNN)--Looks like Lindsay Lohan will be spending some time in the slammer.
Today, her attorney entered a no contest plea for a necklace theft charge.
A judge ordered the actress to spend 120-days behind bars.
But what will most likely end up happening...
Lohan will serve her sentence in home confinement for a period that could last just a month, officials said.
That's because of overcrowding at the Los Angeles County jail.
Lohan will remain on supervised probation until she completes 480 hours of community service included in her punishment.
