(WAOW) - Eight Sundays every fall fans flock to Lambeau Field to see their beloved Packers.
Today, some of those Packers come to the fans.
The NFL season is up in the air, but that was far from obvious at Marathon Park tonight.
Three current Packers players, team president Mark Murphy and several Green Bay greats brought their sixth annual tailgate tour to Wausau as part of a weeklong and statewide celebration.
Each stop on the tour is designed to raise money for a local charity. Tonight's event helps out the Women's Community of Wausau and traveling the state to help out for a worthy cause is something the Packers are more than happy to do.
