WESTON (WAOW) -- Two Peregrine falcons are ready to head out into the world.
The three-week old birds have been nesting on top of Wisconsin Public Service's Weston Power Plant.
On Thursday afternoon the chicks were banded, which is a way for researchers to track who they are and where they go.
The birds' names are Hedwig and Busa. Researchers say they should be ready to fly in three weeks.
