19-year-old pleads not guilty in child prostitution case
WAUSAU (WAOW) -- A 19-year-old man has pleaded not guilty on child prostitution charges.
Dominick D. West of Wausau appeared in Marathon County court Monday afternoon. He entered not guilty pleas in all charges against him. Those charges include trafficking of a child, child enticement, and bail jumping.
According to police documents, West and several other adults facilitated child prostitution by setting up jobs, and driving underage girls to those jobs. Police say the encounters happened at customers' homes, and at other locations like the Ponderosa Motel in Wausau.
In addition to this case, West also faces sex charges in Langlade County.
Three other adults have also been charged in this child prostitution case. Two of them, Nicole Riehle and Darrell Vaughn, are scheduled to be arraigned in July.
