WAUPACA COUNTY (WAOW) -- An ultralite plane flew into power lines and then into a river in Waupaca County.
Deputies said two planes were flying low along the Wolf River when the accident happened on Sunday afternoon. One pilot and his plane both fell into the river. Authorities said he and his aircraft were rescued by fast-acting boaters and pulled to shore. The pilot was unresponsive, but then given CPR and taken to a medical facility in Neenah. Authorities confirm he's now in stable condition.
