(CNN)--A former baseball star will be in court this week.
Jury selection for Roger Clemens' perjury trial is expected to start Wednesday.
Today (Tuesday), a motions hearing is scheduled, and the seven-time Cy Young Award winner is expected to attend.
The case against Clemens is based on whether the legendary pitcher knowingly lied to Congress in 2008 about using steroids.
There are six-charges against Clemens.
If he's found guilty on all six, he could face at least a year in prison.
More snow, freezing rain, sleet, and wind on the way.
