(CNN)--Coupons are meant to save people a little money.
But stores say some shoppers are taking it too far.
They're called extreme couponers... and they can shave a grocery bill down to just a couple dollars with creative use of coupons.
Now, stores are cracking down on the method.
Some chains, such as Rite Aid, are limiting the number of identical coupons a shopper can use to four.
And Target is putting a stop to shoppers using two "buy one, get one" coupons to get both items free.
Cool through Tuesday with wind and periods of rain, then a warming trend.
