Wis. woman cited after friend falls off boat, dies

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - A 52-year-old woman driving the pontoon boat from which a woman fell and died in Octono County has received a citation.

Patricia Wolfgram, of Little Suamico, was cited for driving a boat under the influence of alcohol.

State Department of Natural Resources warden Jeremy Cords says 54-year-old Diane D. Mott fell over the front rail of the boat in Anderson Lake at about 10 p.m. Wednesday.

Cords says three women were in the boat and they had just left a nearby bar.

Cords says after Mott fell, the boat traveled over her and she remained underwater, lodged beneath the motor.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/pPuz1e ) Mott's death came a day after that of her father, Robert, of Allouez.

A funeral service for both was set for Saturday in Allouez.
