CLARK COUNTY (PRESS RELEASE) -- Two people are dead after a house fire in the Village of Curtiss.
The Clark County Sheriff's Department received a 9-1-1 call shortly after Midnight on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, reporting a house engulfed in flames.
Three people were transported by ambulance to Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Two of the victims were pronounced dead at the hospital and the condition of the third is unknown.
The Owen-Withee-Curtiss Fire Department responded to the scene as did the Owen-Withee, Dorchester and Colby Ambulances. The Wisconsin Department of Justice State Fire Marshal's Office has been requested in this investigation.
No other information is being released at this time.
