WESTON (PRESS RELEASE) -- On Wednesday, July 27th at approximately 8:24pm, EMPD responded to Colonial Gardens Mobile Home Park at 6300 Birch Street in the Village of Weston for a report of a possible stabbing at that location.

The investigation determined that Timothy Kislow, 32 years old, of Wausau responded to the address on Birch Street and confronted Mark Pierzchalski, 28 years old of Birnamwood, over a domestic relationship.

Both parties engaged in a physical fight inside a trailer and Kislow had a "mini multi tool" in his hand during this fight.  According to witnesses, the tool was not opened (with the knife blade exposed) during the fight.  Pierzchalski did suffer lacerations from being struck by Kislow with the mutli tool being contained in Kislow's fist during the altercation.

Kislow fled the residence and was later located and apprehended in a wooded area adjacent to the mobile home park.

Pierzchalski was transported to St. Clare's Hospital where he was treated and released for his injuries.

A charge of Battery is being referred to the District Attorney's office against Pierzchalski.

Kislow was taken to the Marathon County Jail where he is being held on charges of substantial battery, criminal trespass to dwelling and disorderly conduct.
