Body of 2nd Wis. victim recovered from Minn. lake

CASS LAKE, Minn. (AP) -- Authorities have recovered the body of a second Wisconsin man who died in an apparent boating accident on a northern Minnesota lake.

Cass County sheriff's officials say the body of 52-year-old Daniel Kramer of Sheboygan, Wis., was recovered about 11 a.m. Thursday.

The sheriff's office was called Monday evening about a boat circling on Cass Lake.

The body of the first victim, 70-year-old Delmar Thielbar of Denmark, Wis., was located shortly afterward. An autopsy found he had drowned.

Chief Sheriff's Deputy Erick Hoglund (HOHG'-lund) says the men were fishing and that no one witnessed the accident. Hoglund says neither victim was wearing a life jacket.
