SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) -- A 43-year-old fugitive from the Sheboygan police has been caught and the county highway department truck in which he made his escape has been recovered.
Burglarly suspect Randall L. Graham escaped from the Sheboygan police station on Thursday morning and drove away in an orange county truck parked next to the station.
Sheboygan police announced Friday that Graham was captured Friday morning in Sheboygan and the truck was recovered.
Sheboygan police say Graham was under arrest on a burglary charge in another county and was able to flee after he was interviewed at the Sheboygan police station by investigators from that county.
