(CNN)--The man accused of taking a Picasso sketch from a San Francisco art gallery is due in court.
Police say on July 5th, Lugo walked right out of the gallery with the rare sketch and hopped into a cab.
He was arrested the next day at a hotel in Napa, California.
Police were able to get the sketch back, which is said to be worth 275-thousand-dollars.
Lugo has pleaded not guilty.
He is also accused of other art thefts in the New York area... and could be extradited back there to face several charges.
Roughly 100 people gathered in Columbia Park in Marshfield Tuesday evening for a vigil in response to the events in Charlottesville Saturday.
