Neshkoro man gets 24-year sentence in death of son
MONTELLO, Wis. (AP) -- A Marquette County court has sentenced a town of Neshkoro man to 24 years of imprisonment in the 2009 death of his six-month-old son.
The attorney general's office reports Thursday that the sentence for Benjamin Kamedulski includes 18 years in prison and six years of extended supervision. He had previously pleaded no contest to a charge of second degree reckless homicide in his son's death.
The criminal complaint says that on March 18, 2009, the child suffered blunt force trauma and other injuries consistent with being shaken and then impacted. The boy died two days later.
