MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee woman charged with killing a pregnant woman and slicing out her full-term fetus will stand trial.
Annette Morales-Rodriguez faces two counts of first degree murder, including killing an unborn child.
She had a hearing to determine if there's enough evidence to send her to trial today.
The criminal complaint says she lured the pregnant woman into her car, took her to her home, beat her with a bat, and cut out the baby.
Morales-Rodriguez's attorneys say an insanity plea is a possibility.
Dry weather with increasing sunshine the next several days and slowly warming temperatures.
