Administrator Todd Kuckkahn said Wednesday that no circumstances surrounding the death of Joey Miller were being released other than he died in school. St. Peter's is a Roman Catholic school. "We are shocked and saddened," Kuckkahn said. MARATHON COUNTY (WAOW) -
A case of arson in the Township of Plover has Marathon County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to find the person responsible.
On Friday, September 30th at about 11:00 p.m. Birnamwood Fire Department was sent to a fire in an open field in the area of County Highway D between Pine View Road and Corner Drive. Upon their arrival, they found about 28 round bales of hay ablaze. The evidence found near the fire indicates that the fire was intentionally set.
The loss is estimated at about $1,200.
