WAUSAU (WAOW) -- Wausau Business Owner John Rundell was in court Monday for a preliminary hearing.
Wausau Police Department said they went to Blazin' Gifts on 6th street on Oct. 19th with a search warrant and arrested Rundell.
Officials said they confiscated 17 packages disguised as aroma therapy.
Prosecutors admitted evidence from the lab, one of the packages labeled "Oblivion" tested positive for synthetic marijuana.
The judge found probable cause for a felony charge against Rundell.
Rundell is due back in court November 1st for a bond hearing.
