WAUSAU (WAOW) - The Wausau man accused of hitting a marked squad car while intoxicated was in court on Monday.
37-year-old Chad Kopchinski is facing his fourth O.W.I. charge in the past five years.
Prosecutors also charged him with possession of a firearm by a felon, and driving with a revoked license.
Officers said when they pulled him over last week, he had a loaded rifle, hunting knife, and a bow.
If convicted Kopchinski could face time in prison.
He's due back in court next month and his bond is set at a $5,000 cash bond.
