An Eagle River man is accused of propositioning teen girls through Facebook in Oneida and Vilas Counties.
Jason Tomko, 27, is charged with using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime in Oneida County. Tomko also faces charges in Vilas County of child enticement and exposing himself.
According to the criminal complaint, Tomko searched for girls on Facebook and then offered to pay the girls in money or cigarettes to let him massage their feet or perform sex acts with him.
Two teens, 14 and 15, told investigators that in one instance Tomko picked them up at park at an Eagle River park and asked them for sex acts.
One teen told officers that Tomko took pictures of their feet and asked the girls if he could give them foot massages on other occasions as well, according to the criminal complaint.
Tomko also propositioned the girls through text messages, also according to the criminal complaint.
The felony charges carry a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.
Tomko will be in court later in November.
