WAUSAU (WAOW) -- A former Wausau teacher's aide has learned his fate after touching two elementary students inappropriately.
28 year old Bee lor has received three years of probation.
Lor was charged with first-degree sexual assault after touching a kindergartner's rear-end and an 11 year old's breasts last year.
He pleaded no contest to reduced charges back in August.
Lor's attorney responded to the decision. He says, "I'm confident my client is going to work at his best to resume his life with his family and try to be productive. And I think this sentence enables him to do that, and I think that's good for everyone."
Judge Jay Tlusty made his message clear as well. "I would hope that if there is a message that is going out to those children, is that what has happened here will be a deterrent to others."
Lor spent 553 days in jail. He is required to register as a sex offender.
