Marie P. Wroblewski, age 84, loving mother and grandmother Marie P Wroblewski of Stevens Point passed away peacefully on Nov. 18, 2011.

Funeral Mass 11:00 AM Tuesday November 22, 2011 at St. Peter Catholic Church. Rev. Arul Joseph V. officiating. Burial in the Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation from 9:00 AM until the time of services Tuesday morning in the St. Faustina room at St. Peter church. St. Peter rosary society will pray a general rosary at 9:45 AM. Marie was born in Sharon Township on August 11, 1927, to the late Victor & Regina (Woyak) Wanserski. Marie grew up on the family farm where she developed a life long love of hard work, natural surroundings and all living things. Marie married Harry Wroblewski at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia on November 5, 1949. They settled down to raise their family in Stevens Point. Harry passed away on September 21, 1970. Marie worked as a baker at Debot Dining Center for almost 35 years, retiring in 2000.

Her children and grandchildren were precious to her and she enjoyed spending time with them. She also enjoyed gardening; she lovingly maintained a beautiful garden throughout most of her life. Marie also enjoyed planning and hosting gatherings where people enjoyed her great cooking and baking.

Survivors include four children, James Wroblewski of St. Paul, MN, Bernadette Galecki of Plover, Elly (Patrick) Doyle of Madison & Gerard (Lisa) Wroblewski of Northland. Ten grandchildren: Katherine (Aly) Diop of Cheverly, MD, Regina (Daniel) Stower and Misty Galecki both of St. Paul, MN, Benjamin Galecki of Iowa City, IA, Shannon & Ryan Doyle of Madison, Drew Wroblewski of Stevens Point and Alison, Frankie and Karol Wroblewski of Northland. Four great grandchildren. One brother Lawrence (Kathy) Wanserski of Brookfield & three sisters Lorraine Swarthout of Milwaukee, Janet Kluck of Ottawa, IL and Rita (Fred) Hoppa of Port Charlotte, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother Edward and one grandson Andrew Wroblewski
