LINCOLN COUNTY (WAOW) - A 68 year old Irma man faces charges of a 3rd OWI after he allegedly crashed his car into a tractor.
Lincoln County investigators say they responded to a crash Friday night in the Town of Birch.
Deputies say Thomas Gordon was driving on County Road H when he hit the tractor from behind.
85 year old Fredrick Oquist of West Allis was driving the tractor, which was cut in half by the impact.
He was taken to a hospital for non life-threatening injuries.
Deputies say Gordon took field sobriety tests and was arrested on a charge of third offense OWI with a felony for causing injury.
Gordon's bond hearing is scheduled for this afternoon.
