TOWN OF LINCOLN, Wis. (AP) -- The coroner has ruled the death of a man whose body was discovered in the Trempealeau River an accidental drowning.
The Trempealeau County sheriff's office identifies the man as 43-year-old Hong Lin.
Sheriff's Lt. Harlan Reinders says Lin recently walked away from the nearby Trempealeau County Health Care Center.
A deer hunter called 911 to report finding the body Sunday morning.
