LINCOLN COUNTY (WAOW) - The 68 year old Irma man facing charges of a 3rd OWI after he allegedly crashed his car into a tractor was released on a signature bond.
Lincoln County investigators say they responded to a crash Friday night in the Town of Birch.
Deputies say Thomas Gordon was driving on County Road H when he hit a tractor from behind.
85 year old Fredrick Oquist of West Allis was driving the tractor, which was cut in half by the impact.
Deputies say Gordon took field sobriety tests and was arrested on a charge of third offense OWI with a felony for causing injury.
Gordon has a scheduling conference set for December 8th.
