MARATHON COUNTY (WAOW) - Matthew Grieser of Mosinee faces charges of a 7th OWI.
According to the police report, a Mosinee police officer followed up on a call on Wednesday, December 21 about a hit and run.
Investigators say they found Grieser at a gas station, where he allegedly hit a support pillar near the pumps.
They say he also hit a road sign.
Grieser failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.
Test results showed no alcohol in his system but investigators say he was driving under the influence of a depressant.
If convicted, he faces as much as ten years in prison and $25,000 in fines.
