Kronenwetter officials condemn mobile homes

KRONENWETTER (WAOW) --  A mobile home park in Kronenwetter could shut down after village and county officials condemned six units at Bouche's Kronenwetter Park.

Village officials say the mobile homes had no heat, no running water and rotting floors. Families were still living inside.

Newsline 9 tried to contact Randy Bouche, the mobile park owner, but his phone has been disconnected.

All six condemned units are owned by Bouche and were rented out to different tenants. The village and Marathon County Health Department began investigating the mobile homes early this month after they received a complaint.

Village officials say Bouche also owns mobile homes in Antigo. Authorities say nine of them have been condemned after they found mold, mildew and plumbing issues.

Bouche faces losing his license in both Kronenwetter and Antigo.
