UPDATE: 4 killed in Wis. home in apparent murder-suicide

DE PERE, Wis. (AP) -- A neighbor who knew the four killed in a murder-suicide in De Pere says the wife and two children moved out six months ago but returned in the fall for the school year.

Police say 46-year-old Denis Bay shot his 44-year-old wife Michelle Bay along with his 14-year-old daughter Andrea Bay and 10-year-old son Daniel Bay Friday afternoon. He then shot himself.

Neighbor Jane Nohr told the Green Bay Press-Gazette  the family moved in about five years ago. She described Denis Bay as demanding and said whenever he saw his wife talking to her he would send the kids to get her.

Police say they are still investigating the motive. Police say Denis Bay was unemployed and his wife filed for divorce in 2010. The divorce was still pending.
