Wisconsin hockey falls to St. Cloud State



MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Ben Hanowski scored two goals and Jared Festler had a goal and an assist as St. Cloud State beat Wisconsin 5-1 Friday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.

   Hanowski scored the game's first two goals for the Huskies (11-14-4, 8-10-3), who were outshot 32-24. Hanowski leads St. Cloud in scoring with 17 goals and 32 points.

   Festler extended his point-scoring streak to six games with assists on both of Hanowski's goals. He also scored early in the third for a 5-0 lead.

   Mike Lee made 31 saves for the Huskies, including 10 in each of the first two periods.

   Joel Rumpel had 19 saves for the Badgers (12-13-2, 7-12-2), who got their only goal from Brendan Woods in the closing minutes.
