ONEIDA COUNTY (WAOW) - A Rhinelander man will wait another week to find out if he's headed to trial on ten drug-related charges.
John Hildebrand is facing 9 felony drug-related charges for possessing and delivering amphetamines and THC. He also faces a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the criminal complaint, Hildebrand used and delivered bath salts in Oneida County.
He owns two Town of Pelican businesses, Hildebrand Construction and Discreet Pleasures.
During this morning's preliminary hearing, the prosecutor said one of the state's witnesses could not appear because of an emergency.
The preliminary hearing will pick up again on February 17th.
