BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (AP) -- Argentine President Cristina Fernandez says she will take swift action once investigators determine responsibility for last week's deadly train crash in Buenos Aires.
She also is hinting that she might move to renationalize Argentina's rail system, although she says any fix will be costly and complex.
In an address Monday, Fernandez dismissed critics who have wondered why she took five days to comment publicly on the train tragedy that killed 51 people and injured more than 700. She says no one should expect her to offer simplistic solutions or pose for photographs with survivors.
