MARATHON COUNTY (WAOW) -

The Marathon County Sheriff's Department, the Marathon County Deputy Sheriff's Benevolent Association and Integrity First Bank established a memorial fund in Detective Jamison Kampmeyer's honor.

Kampmeyer was also a volunteer firefighter with the Colby Fire Department. He died while fighting a fire in Abbotsford Sunday.

The memorial fund will help Kampmeyer's family. He had a wife and three young children.
