She is further survived by one sister, Grace Kaminski; three brothers, Stanley Flink, Clarence Flisakowski and Fr. Richard Fliss; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Flisakowski; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Eveylen was preceded in death by two sons, Daniel and Jerry; one grandson, Michael Pascavis; one great-grandchild, Mathew Rabuck; and two brothers, Emil and Chester Flisakowski.

The family would like to thank the staff at Harmony Living Center for all their loving support and help given to Mom while residing there. Also, a thank you to Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services, especially Jenny (her nurse) for the great care, love and help given to Mom and our family.
