(CNN)--A new C-N-N/ O-R-C poll asked people who's to blame for the high gas prices.
90 percent of people polled said oil companies deserved at least some of the responsibility for the pain at the pump. 83-percent blamed foreign countries, while 78-percent said it was the situation in Iran. 64-percent said President Obama's policies were the cause, while 58-percent blamed Republican policies.
According to Triple-A, gas prices were down today by two-tenths of a percent. The average for a gallon of regular gas is three-dollars-and-92-cents.
