UPDATE: Vilas co. authorities continue search for missing woman

SAYNER (WAOW)-- The search continued, Sunday, for a missing woman in Vilas County.

55-year-old Sandra Schinke was reported missing on April 6, 2012 at 9:00 p.m.

She was last seen Thursday, April 5th between 2 and 3 p.m. walking on CTH N about 2 miles east of Sayner.

Authorities tells Newsline 9 her husband, who was out of town, called police after his wife didn't answer his calls.

Police say a neighbor say Schinke walk home carrying groceries Thursday afternoon.

That was the last time she was seen.

At this time, foul play is not suspected. The search will continue on Monday.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Vilas Co. Sheriff's Department.

SAYNER (WAOW)-- The search continues for a missing 55-year-old woman in Vilas county. Authorities used K-9 units and the DNR conducted an air search today.

Schinke was reported missing on April 6, 2012 at 9:00 p.m.

She is 5ft 3 inches tall, 160 pounds, has brown shoulder length hair with brown eyes. She was wearing brown glasses.

Authorities say the search is ongoing. You are asked to call the Vilas County Sheriff's Office if you have any information.
