Wausau homicide suspect to appear in court Thursday

One of the suspects in a Wausau murder will face four felony charges.

Warren Krohn, 20, of Wausau will be in Marathon County court Thursday afternoon.

According to the criminal complaint, Krohn faces one count of first degree reckless homicide (as party to a crime, use of a dangerous weapon), one count armed robbery with use of force, one count armed burglary, and one count burglary of unoccupied dwelling.

He also face one count of misdemeanor theft.

Krohn is accused in the clubbing death of Wausau man Kerby Kniess. Kniess was found dead in his residence Tuesday morning. 

The other suspect, 18-year-old Zachary Froehlich, will not be in court. Authorities are currently holding him on a probation violation. There is no word yet when he will be in court next.
