CW Mobile Club Contest Rules - WAOW - Newsline 9, Wausau News, Weather, Sports

Official Rules:

1. No purchase necessary
2. To enter Central Wisconsin's CW Mobile Club you must text CW to 28214 and respond A to the following text message, which asks you where you watch the CW (*Message & data rates may apply. Text STOP to end. Text HELP for help)
3. To enter any contest you must respond with the correct keyword
4. Subscribers can enter multiple contests
5. Only one entry per contest is allowed
6. The entry period will depend on the contest
7. The age limit will depend on the contest
8. The prizes will be determined and awarded through a random drawing that includes all who texted the correct keyword to win
9. Subscribers will receive a confirmation message when entering a contest
10. The "winner(s)" will be notified via text message
11. Prizes include giveaways and tickets to upcoming area events
12. Winners are eligible to win one prize per contest
13. Prize redemption will be specific to each contest
14. If prizes have not been redeemed within 20 days, unless otherwise specified, the prize is considered rejected by the winner and becomes the property of WAOW
15.  Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
16. WAOW will conduct the giveaways and WAOW will be the final judge on all matters related to this contest. The judges' decisions are final, binding and conclusive on all matters. By entering the Central Wisconsin's CW Mobile Club, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges relative to the contests.
17. In the event of non-compliance, an alternative winner may be selected.
18. When entering the contest all participants give WAOW the right to use all disclosed information, including picture(s) and names, for publicity purposes without further compensation
19. Employees of WAOW and their families, its subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, its promotional agencies and all participating promotional partners are not eligible.
20. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner
21. WAOW reserves the right to settle all disputes and to change and alter the details of the contest as circumstances merit
