Teen driver had blood alcohol content of .218 during deadly Antigo crash

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has released more information about the May 28th Antigo crash that killed two teens.

Authorities report that the driver of the car, 18-year-old Jeffrey Smith, had a blood alcohol content of .218. Smith and 18-year-old passenger Jacob Arrowood were killed.

18-year-olds Dillon Sus and Dustin Bricko were critically hurt. A fifth passenger, 17-year-old Matthew West Waldner was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities say their car failed to stop at an intersection near Highway 64 and Hill Road and collided with a van.
A 65-year-old man and his grandson were in the van. They're expected to be okay.

The State Patrol continues to investigate where the teens got the alcohol.
