Rachael Graves has been selected as the new Head Coach of the Wisconsin Rapids Girls Hockey Team.
Graves has an impressive hockey background. According to a press release, she played collegiately for UW Stevens Point, where she received All-Conference and All-America honors.
Graves spent the previous three years as an assistant coach for the UW-Stevens Point women's hockey team. She is currently a full time Physical Education teacher in the Stevens Point School District.
"Rachael brings to our Red Panther program a tremendous amount of passion for and knowledge of ice hockey," says Lincoln High School Director of Athletics Bill Vickroy. "Her experience as a player and as coach has given her insight and knowledge of what needs to be done to maintain the high level of excellence that has been established in our co-op girls' hockey program."
The Red Panthers Co-op program began competitive play in the 2006-2007 hockey season.
