Bond reduction request denied for former Langlade County Deputy
A former Langlade County Sheriff's Deputy was denied a request for a lowered bond Monday morning in Marathon County court.
Judge Mike Moran upheld the ruling of two previous judges by calling for a $50,000 bond for 25 year old Michael Brayton. However, the judge adjusted that bond from a cash bond to a signature bond.
If Brayton posts bail, he will be subject to house arrest from 9:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. daily, he will have no contact with any alleged victim in the case, no contact with anyone under the age of 18, and no internet access.
