Packers Family Night brings in thousands

It was one of the biggest Family Night's in Packers history. Thousands of fans descended upon Titletown for a day filled with dunk tanks, furry critters and family fun.

"We just wanted to walk around and enjoy the stadium because we don't always get to do that because it's always a sold out crowd," Packers fan Terry Stitz said.

And for others, tailgating served as a break from all the action.

"You have to have the tailgate," Aaron Hamilton said. "Without it you don't get the whole experience."

But there was one attraction that caused slightly more chatter than the rest, Donald Driver's Mirror Ball trophy.

"It's so cool, and shiny," one fan said after getting to see the trophy up close and personal.

Fans got the opportunity to take pictures with the Packers prized possession on their way into Lambeau Field.

"You have to start the little ones off right so they know what to do when it comes to be their time," Hamilton said.

But these fans aren't just excited for the Packers to hit the field for the first time, they also are excited to check out all the new renovations.

"It has changed but it looks great," one fan said.

But no matter how they celebrated, all fans can agree it was a great day for football and family.
