Family and friends gather to remember Breanna Schneller of Wausau, who was murdered back in 2009. This weekend a fundraiser takes place for the Breanna's Smile Foundation, which was set up in honor of Breanna.

Craig Schneller says he believes his daughter would be very proud of the work done through the fundraiser."This is just the kind of thing she would have done, she was very kind and always thinking of doing things for others," said Craig Schneller.

The money raised through the event goes to fund area Family, Career and Community  Leaders programs. Breanna was deeply involved in the FCCLA program and had been chosen to represent D.C. Everest High School and Wisconsin in a national convention, before her death.

Saturday, August 18th an event takes place at Coral Lanes in Rothschild to raise money for the Breanna's Smile Foundation. The family event includes: free bowling, finals of the Singing for Smiles Karaoke contest, Hypnotist Dr. Jim Wand, a performance by American Idol's William Hung, Arch Allies (Journey, Styx & REO Speedwagon tribute band) and classic rock band Head East will also take the stage. A silent auction and raffles are also available.
