Lambeau Field and the new company managing its concessions this year are short on fund-raising volunteers to work the stadium's food and beverage stands.
Delaware North Companies Sportservice replaces Levy Restaurants as the food service provider this season. As many as 16 nonprofit groups didn't return this season to make money for their organizations by working concessions.
Shiocton High School Booster Club looked elsewhere to raise funds. Shiocton concessions organizer Dave McNichols tells the Green Bay Press-Gazette the group wouldn't have made as much money under the new compensation structure.
Sportservice general manager Charlie Millerwise says the main reason groups didn't return is because of training requirements, so they've cut training from four to two hours. The Green Bay Packers say 74 groups earned about $1 million in 2011.
