A Wood County man pleaded not guilty to charges in the shooting death of his friend.
22-year-old Tyler Enkro is facing two felony charges, including homicide by intoxicated use of a firearm.
Police say Enkro had been drinking when he shot and killed Nick Hoffmann. That was back in December. Enkro told officers it was an accident.
He's scheduled to appear in court again in October.
