Badgers fans excited for new season

The Badgers are 1-0 after a close win over Northern Iowa, and fans say they have high expectations heading into this season.

"We'd love to go back to the Rose Bowl," Nancy Marsho of Brookfield said.

Nancy and her husband cheered on Wisconsin from Buffalo Wild Wings in Wausau, but this isn't their usual game day ritual.

"We have season tickets, but we had to give them away to take care of the dog," Jim Marsho said.

Jim is a UW-Madison grad and the two said their love for the Badgers runs deep.

Also pumped for the Badgers 2013 season, Tyler Beck of Marathon.

"On a scale of 1-10, probably an 11.5," he said.

And while it's no Camp Randall Stadium, he said the restaurant is a great place to catch a game.

"55 TVs here, so it's a good place to watch it."

Fans said there are plenty of stars on the team to watch this season.

"We think that this new Danny O'Brien quarterback that they have and Montee Ball the hopefully Heisman trophy winner this year," Jim Marsho said, adding that no matter how the season ends, they're Badgers for life.
